Marvellous stadium attendance in Bremen

Hi everybody!
Today’s post has a focus on my last stadium attendance. It gives you an insight in a supporter’s fabulous Saturday afternoon. Well, I could write an infinite amount of sentences, and still it wouldn’t be enough.

Last weekend, my friends and I started on our way to Bremen. All three of us are supporters of SV Werder Bremen, a traditional and lovely football club in the north of Germany. We were in good humour when we arrived at our beloved stadium, which is called “Weserstadion“. It felt like coming home and  I remembered once again why I like this club that much. And I couldn’t resist to buy another green-white scarf, who had a lettering that said “You’ll never walk alone“…

With our tickets, we were allowed to set foot in our supporters block, which is called “Ostkurve“. You may think that standing places aren't comfortable. But for me and my friends it was just great. We stood only a few meters away from the pitch and the atmosphere was gorgeous. We watched both teams come in the stadium, sang the club’s hymn – and watched a goalless match against SC Freiburg. This wasn’t that bad, because we didn’t have to concede a goal.

In the end, we said good bye to our team and took some more pictures before we left our stadium. I was very proud of our club, our team and our fans. It’s the best thing to be in a supporters block, I can tell you that.
There was only one bad thing that afternoon. Two footballers from our team and one from the other were injured seriously. Hope they‘ll soon get well.
